When your job becomes your Job (jobe)- Learning how to deal with times of testing in your place of work occupation

It’s so easy to get caught up in our successes but even more so in our times of crisis.  No matter in times of blessing or crisis it’s so important to never allow our attention and heart to turn from the Lord.  Job was a very blessed man who loved and honored God.  He was a man of integrity.  His business is reportedly to have been worth over $5,000,000 in today’s value.  Suddenly there came a time of testing that turned his job, into what I called a Job (Jobe).  He had a personal, family, financial, occupation crisis followed by a physical crisis.  Everything that could be tested was tested in Job, but he remained faithful to God.  This message will help you get a better perspective of times when your job becomes a Job (Jobe), where you are being tested.  You learn what to do and what not to do through reading about Job’s life, but also you’ll learn how in every test you have an opportunity to either grow stronger in your faith in the Lord, hold your tongue, despite what “others” might say, or to leave your faith, speak evil of God.  You’ll also see that people and situations are not your problems, they are your test and the eyes of Heaven are anticipating your response in them; “will he or she continue to love and trust God through it?” You’ll also learn that running from “JOBE TO JOBE” (Job to Job) is not the answer, but running to God is about your job/Job!  You’ll learn what James was speaking about when he said “Consider it pure joy, my brothers and sisters, whenever you face trials of many kinds, because you know that the testing of your faith produces perseverance.  Let perseverance finish its work so that you may be mature and complete, not lacking anything.”
